I don't understand
what this means: Whatever is meant to be will work out. Well, duh. You make a choice, and apparently, everything works out. Or you do nothing, and everything works out. But why? Is it because in making that choice that you chose correctly, or just because that was the choice you were supposed to make all along? How do you know? You don’t. And I absolutely hate that. Why I don’t enjoy the holidays: I got pj’s and an entire kitchenware set. Are my parents trying to tell me something? My grandmother can’t remember why she’s here. Mother is angry with Katie for barking at little kids. Someone didn’t tell me ‘Merry Christmas.’ But, I’m still glad to be here.
